A user can create a new account only if the user's email is associated with a Data Centre, a Data User, the LRIT Coordinator, the DDP server, or the IDE in the current version of the DDP. If this is not the case, it is necessary for the user to request an individual that is associated with their LRIT component (as a Contact in the DDP) to create their account.
